Riot Games is bringing its popular tactical shooter, VALORANT, to mobile devices, aiming to deliver the same precise gunplay and strategic team-based combat that fans love. Co-developed with Tencent's Lightspeed Studios, known for PUBG Mobile, VALORANT Mobile is set to launch its closed beta in China on June 12, 2025. These specifications indicate Riot's commitment to making VALORANT Mobile accessible while maintaining performance standards. In addition to the game's launch, Riot is also introducing VALORANT Mobile to the esports scene. This event is part of a strategic partnership with smartphone manufacturer OnePlus, which will serve as the official hardware partner for VALORANT Mobile esports competitions. While VALORANT Mobile is currently available for pre-registration only in China, Riot has not yet announced a global release date. The ever-so-popular PC game, Valorant, was announced to be coming to mobile devices last June 2021.
