Infinix has officially launched the Infinix Campus Cup (XCC) 2025, a major regional esports tournament spanning Southeast Asia, built to elevate student gamers from across the region into future Mobile Legends stars. The 2026 Asian Games is taking esports to the next level, officially announcing eleven titles as medalled events in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. For the first time in Asian Games history, an official martial arts team competition will be part of the esports lineup, marking a major step in merging traditional sports themes with digital competition. By 2022, the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, elevated esports to official medalled status for the first time. The 2018 Asian Games introduced a new category in their competition, which involved the latest trend of this generation, the Esports genre. League of Legends is not the only Esports game to be featured at the 2018 Asian Games, a Clash Royale tournament will also be commencing at 3:45 pm (GMT+8) today after the LoL event.
