Microsoft has launched a new AI-powered chatbot designed to help Xbox players quickly resolve support issues, now available for testing by Xbox Insiders in the US. Initially revealed earlier this year, the chatbot is now ready for feedback from testers, which will be used to further refine the tool before its broader release. The Xbox team’s focus has so far been on developer-facing tools, but this chatbot is among the first consumer-facing AI products designed to improve everyday interactions for gamers. Microsoft has been developing several AI-enhanced features for its gaming ecosystem, and the chatbot could pave the way for more advanced tools to assist players.
