Earn Moon Knight’s Golden Skin in Marvel Rivals Now!

NetEase Games is giving Marvel Rivals players a reason to step up their competitive game. By reaching Gold rank in the hero shooter’s ranked mode, players can earn the sleek new Golden Moonlight skin for Moon Knight. This reward is part of the game’s Season 0: Doom’s Rise, which has marked an exciting debut for the title. While competitive play is optional, these rewards may entice more players to dive into ranked battles.

Marvel Rivals is a team-based hero shooter that combines fast-paced third-person action with strategic objectives. Since its release, the game has seen a strong player base, and Season 0 is already hinting at future content, including the possible arrival of the villain Knull. Players seem eager to explore the new features while unlocking exclusive rewards.

The Golden Moonlight skin features a striking black design with gold accents, including a prominent golden crescent moon on the chest. But that’s not all. Players who achieve Grand Master rank will earn the Silver Crest of Honor, while the top 500 players at the end of Season 0 will receive the coveted Gold Crest of Honor. These Crests of Honor will be displayable on player name cards and will be distributed at the beginning of Season 1. This makes the Moon Knight skin the first competitive reward in the game, following the free Iron Man skin gifted to all players.

To unlock competitive mode, players must first reach level 10. While the skin and rewards have been widely praised, some fans have raised concerns about the lack of role enforcement in team-building. Currently, players are free to choose any hero and role they prefer, which can lead to imbalanced teams in ranked play. Many have suggested introducing a role queue system to improve team synergy, particularly in competitive matches.

The community has also voiced criticism about the game’s battle pass progression system. Unlike other hero shooters, Marvel Rivals’ battle pass can only be advanced by completing specific challenges, rather than through regular gameplay. Some players feel this design forces constant engagement, making the game feel more like a mobile title than a multi-platform experience. Despite these criticisms, the overall reception to Marvel Rivals has been positive, with players enjoying its dynamic gameplay and anticipating what’s next.

As Marvel Rivals moves toward its first official season, NetEase Games seems poised to listen to community feedback. With enticing rewards like the Moon Knight skin and hints of new content, the game’s future looks promising. Whether you’re climbing the competitive ranks or enjoying casual matches, there’s plenty to look forward to in Marvel Rivals.
