We all know Wild Rift is a game based on League of Legends, and in essence, is technically the same game. Riot's latest game, Wild Rift, is still in its Alpha testing phase, with only limited people granted access. Unfortunately, the influx of players has caused problems for Wild Rift's data and feedback collection during the alpha testing. On the 8th day of May 2023, the national esports team SIBOL competed in 5 medal games namely Crossfire, Valorant for PC, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang-bang, and League of Legends: Wild Rift, for the 32nd SEA Games held in Cambodia where the team SIBOL won 3-1 against Vietnam team and bagged the gold medal last May 8. Team SIBOL who participate in League of Legends: Wild Rift consisting of men and women team members was precisely picked to be establish as the best possible athlete to compete in SEA Games esports. Representing the country for medal and glory are: Gerald Gelacio, Justine Richie, Reniel Angara, Golden Dajao, Chammy Nazarrea, and Aaron Bingay for League of Legends: Wild Rift; Riot Games has announced its first-ever international League of Legends: Wild Rift tournament— the Wild Rift: Horizon Cup. Hence, to celebrate the end of their preseason, the Wild Rift: Horizon Cup is coming to Singapore.
