#Resident Evil 2 Remake game one

One of the classic video games that pioneered the Survival Horror game genre, Resident Evil 2, recently got a remake and is now available for purchase in the Philippines. Capcom has officially announced Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth mainline installment in its iconic survival horror series, during the Summer Game Fest 2025. Capcom, Aniplex, and JOYCITY have announced Resident Evil: Survival Unit, a new real-time strategy game coming to iOS and Android. Described as a tactical twist on the Resident Evil universe, the game is being built specifically for mobile platforms, with input from Capcom to ensure it stays true to the series. While no release date has been confirmed, the project is part of Capcom’s broader push into mobile, alongside recent ports of Resident Evil 4 Remake and Village on iOS. The company has already brought major AAA games to its platforms, including Death Stranding, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and several Resident Evil installments. The 20-second teaser video didn't provide much information how PUBG Mobile will incorporate Resident Evil 2 content in the game, but it could be an RE-themed mode like a "Zombie Mode" which is already in the PC version or in-game cosmetics like guns and costumes.
