Microsoft has launched a new AI-powered chatbot designed to help Xbox players quickly resolve support issues, now available for testing by Xbox Insiders in the US. Microsoft has been developing several AI-enhanced features for its gaming ecosystem, and the chatbot could pave the way for more advanced tools to assist players. For now, Microsoft encourages Xbox Insiders to try out the new chatbot and provide feedback to help shape its future capabilities. Microsoft's Xbox One S All Digital console has leaked online ahead of its official launch.
