#PUBG Mobile Asian Games

The 2026 Asian Games is taking esports to the next level, officially announcing eleven titles as medalled events in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. For the first time in Asian Games history, an official martial arts team competition will be part of the esports lineup, marking a major step in merging traditional sports themes with digital competition. By 2022, the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, elevated esports to official medalled status for the first time. The 2026 Asian Games will take place from September 19 to October 4, 2026, in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. Riot Games is bringing its popular tactical shooter, VALORANT, to mobile devices, aiming to deliver the same precise gunplay and strategic team-based combat that fans love. Co-developed with Tencent's Lightspeed Studios, known for PUBG Mobile, VALORANT Mobile is set to launch its closed beta in China on June 12, 2025. According to Gravity, the said mobile game will first rolled out in Taiwan and Hongkong within this year, followed by Korea and the rest of Southeast Asian countries on the latter.
