Capcom and Niantic are kicking off an exciting crossover event between Monster Hunter Now and the highly anticipated Monster Hunter Wilds. Niantic has announced its Pokémon GO New Year’s 2025 event, and it’s packed with rewards, bonuses, and fun activities to kick off the year. Additionally, Niantic has introduced paid Timed Research for the event. The announcement comes right on the heels of Niantic’s ongoing collaboration with McDonald’s, running from December 16 to December 22. Niantic has recently announced its new partnership with Nintendo to develop mobile titles built on Niantic's real-world AR technology. Niantic and Nintendo are working on developing an app based on the Pikmin franchise. Niantic mentioned that the app would include gameplay activities to encourage walking and outdoor activities. Developed by Portkey Games, Warner Brothers, and Niantic, Wizards Unite will have users roaming around their neighborhood to play the game, similar to Pokemon Go, another title developed by Niantic.
