The game reimagines the survival horror series for mobile devices and will launch across North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Asia. Described as a tactical twist on the Resident Evil universe, the game is being built specifically for mobile platforms, with input from Capcom to ensure it stays true to the series. Blizzard has announced that it is no longer developing new content for its mobile game Warcraft Rumble. The game was Blizzard’s first mobile-only title set in the Warcraft universe. At one point, Blizzard was also working on a second mobile game similar to Pokémon Go, but that project was canceled in 2022 before it was officially revealed. Sony is set to launch Midnight Murder Club, its console-exclusive “horror party game,” on Thursday, August 14, and, unusually, it’ll also arrive on PC that same day. Riot Games is bringing its popular tactical shooter, VALORANT, to mobile devices, aiming to deliver the same precise gunplay and strategic team-based combat that fans love. In addition to the game's launch, Riot is also introducing VALORANT Mobile to the esports scene.
