#Magic: The Gathering Animated series coming to Netflix

From the creators of Avengers: End Game, the Russo Brothers are teaming up with Wizards of the Coast and Hasbro's Allspark animation in producing one of the most popular trading card game: Magic: The Gathering on Netflix. The Magic: The Gathering animated series will have a storyline based on the stories of the Planeswalkers Magic's most powerful beings in the lore (the players). This series will cross the genres of suspenseful thriller, horror, and drama with deeply developed characters the likes of which are not often seen in animation,” Isaac Karuss, Octopie CEO Magic: The Gathering was first introduced by Richard Garfield back in 1993 as a trading card game which reached approximately  38 million fans as of writing. Netflix is bringing the world of Clash of Clans to life in a new animated series titled Clash. Netflix has just dropped a jaw-dropping new trailer for its upcoming Devil May Cry series, igniting excitement among fans and reigniting interest in the iconic franchise. This won’t be Magic’s first foray into television, as an animated Netflix series based on the franchise is already in development. Magic: The Gathering has given fans an exciting first look at its upcoming Universes Beyond crossover with Final Fantasy, teasing a set that brings legendary characters and themes from across the Final Fantasy franchise into the MTG universe.
