From one of the most popular first-person shooter game franchises of all time, Doom, the Doom 64 video game will be ported to the Nintendo Switch platform this November. To Celebrate Doom's 25th anniversary, Bethesda has announced that the monster-slaying action shooter game will come to Nintendo Switch. The Doom 64 will arrive in the Nintendo Switch platform on November 22, 2019. Nintendo is sticking to its decision on the price of the new Switch 2, even after being asked if it’s too pricey for younger gamers. In response, Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa explained that while the Switch 2 is more expensive than older consoles, it offers better features and a more exciting gaming experience. Nintendo is making strategic moves to ensure the successful domestic launch of its highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2. The original Nintendo Switch enjoyed remarkable popularity in Japan, and it’s clear that Nintendo wants to replicate—and even surpass—that success with its successor. However, Nintendo is bumping this margin up to 5% for the Switch 2.
