Head of Xbox Phil Spencer has detailed the specs and features of their upcoming console, the Xbox Series X. According to the post, the Xbox Series X will come with custom-designed AMD Zen 2 CPU, which is the same architecture of AMD's current 3000-series Ryzen chips. In terms of desktop hardware, the RDNA 2 based GPU on the Series X would sit in between an NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super (11.15 TFLOPS) and the RTX 2080ti (13.45 TFLOPS). The Xbox Series X will also come with an HDMI 2.1 port to accommodate the features that the hardware can deliver. As for compatibility, the Xbox Series X is compatible with four generations - all the way up to the original Xbox.
