The PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2025 is set to take place in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from April 12th to 13th, offering amateur teams worldwide a chance to compete on a global stage. One team representing host country Uzbekistan. Significance for Amateur Players James Yang, Director of Global Esports Center at Level Infinite, Tencent Games, emphasized the tournament's role in fostering the esports ecosystem in Uzbekistan and Central Asia, providing amateur players worldwide with opportunities to showcase their skills on a global platform. 2025 PUBG Mobile Esports Investment In addition to PMGO, Level Infinite plans to invest $10 million (~₱550 million) into the PUBG Mobile esports ecosystem for 2025, supporting events like the PUBG Mobile Global Championship and the PUBG Mobile World Cup. With its dominance in the PC, console, and even mobile platforms, the question that has always been looming is, "is it Esports ready?"
