From October 19 to 26, The Evil Within by Bethesda Softworks will be made available for free to add to your library of games via the Epic Games Store. The Evil Within was developed by Tango Gameworks and directed by Shinji Mikami who was also credited for directing the Resident Evil series. Other games that are currently free on the Epic Games Store are Blazing Sails, Q.U.B.E Ultimate Bundle, and soon Eternal Threads Microsoft and AMD have partnered up to bring the well-known graphics card manufacturer's FreeSync technology to the Xbox One S and Xbox One X. Just a little refresher on FreeSync, the technology synchronizes the refresh rate of your display to the framerate of your Radeon graphics card or chip. Apart from the normal FreeSync support, AMD and Microsoft are also adding in FreeSync 2 compatibility, which introduces the tech to HDR gaming. Players can enable FreeSync on their Xbox One X and Xbox One S via the console's menu as long as it's connected to FreeSync supported displays. Blizzard has just announced through the Overwatch Twitter account that the team-based FPS will be free to play this weekend, February 17 to 20 (converted to Philippine Time).
