Research company Newzoo has released a report detailing the rankings of the top gaming companies in the world. Games such as Honor of Kings and Clash Royale are the biggest contributors to the growth of the company. Interestingly though, the report showed that the acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft will put the company on top of the others at second place with USD 21 billion in revenue. At the end of the list also shows that if Take-Two already owns Zynga it would put the company in the top 10 list. Launched on July 3, the in-house platform expands the company’s online gaming portfolio by offering a vibrant and mobile-first entertainment experience designed for today’s Filipino players. “Two brands, two experiences, one company Solaire positioned across the full market,” said Gregory Francis Hawkins, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bloomberry Resorts Corp. The company added that these safeguards reinforce its commitment to responsible gaming while providing players with a secure, legal, and fair digital entertainment environment. A live-action adaptation of the iconic Monopoly board game is in development, with Lionsgate at the helm and Margot Robbie's production company, LuckyChap, onboard.
