There are around 2 or 3 possible programs to choose from, but the two most used are OBS and Streamlabs OBS. Streamlabs OBS or SLOBS as some call it is a streamline and simpler version of its older brother OBS. Both are free, with Streamlabs OBS offering you a premium subscription if you want. Logitech acquired Streamlabs for USD 89 million, plus and additional USD 29 million when their target revenue growth is hit. Streamlabs hopes to create an even better platform with the acquisition according to their CEO Ali Moiz “When my brother Murti and I founded Streamlabs, our goal was to enable streamers to make a living pursuing their passion. Now that we’re part of the Logitech family, we’ll be able to make it even easier for them to fulfill their dreams.”  Streamlabs is a powerful streaming tool that allows users to have custom themes and overlays, set up sub and donation alerts, and much more.
