Today, I'll be listing my top picks that are worth getting in this sale. There are a lot of good games that I haven't got the chance to include in the list but I encourage you to explore all the discounted games in Steam. However, that won’t change the fact that many apps and games, including Steam, are moving on to 64-bit systems only. Valve has announced that Steam users in the United Kingdom will now need to link a credit card to their account if they want to access games or pages marked with “mature content.” This move is part of Valve’s compliance with the UK’s Online Safety Act, which enforces stricter age verification for online platforms. This new rule means that without a credit card, UK Steam users cannot even view community hubs or discussions about mature-rated games. Microsoft is reportedly developing an update for its Xbox app that will allow users to view and access their game libraries from platforms like Steam and the Epic Games Store. While competing platforms like the Epic Games Store and GOG keep the market dynamic, Steam’s regular updates, massive seasonal sales, and innovative features have helped it remain a go-to destination for both blockbuster AAA titles and hidden indie gems.
