Krafton, the developer of Battle Royale Game PUBG, is expanding into the crypto space by tying up with Solana Labs to develop play-to-earn crypto games. The game developer announced that it signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Solana Labs in order to allow players to earn NFTs from blockchain games. Looks like Tencent Games is really pushing PUBG Mobile as they release a lite version of the app for Android. PUBG Mobile Lite is now available for download at the Google Play Store (link here). really did push through in suing Epic Games for copyright infringement over PUBG. This is due to the fact that Fortnite might be replicating the experience that PUBG became known for. The lawsuit was actually filed back in January in the Seoul Central District Court, according to a representative from PUBG Corp who told Korea Times. There were no specific claims in the lawsuit but according to PUBG Corp., they had concerns over Fortnite's UI, gameplay, and "structural replication" as it had similarities with PUBG.
