The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for January have been announced, and they are sure to keep players entertained throughout the month. Sony clarified that more than 99% of PS4 games would be playable on the new PS5, including The Last of Us Part II and Ghost of Tsushima. For the PS5 Digital Edition console, users can play digital versions of compatible PS4 games. This is also compatible with PS4 digital games that have already been purchased or plan to purchase through the PlayStation Store on PS4, PS5, web, or via PlayStation mobile app. However, users won’t play their PS4 disc-based games on the PS5 Digital Edition since it has no disc drive.
