The original Nintendo Switch Joy Cons aren't exactly the most comfortable things to hold when playing. At first, I found this to be extremely convenient, but then when you have an abundant amount of controllers, you only pretty much use these when attached to the Switch. Unlike the Hori, these controllers aren't licensed by Nintendo, so the quality of the ones you're going to get isn't exactly the same as the one I got. In terms of its similarities with the SplitPad, aside from them looking almost exactly alike, the only way to use these are while connected to the Nintendo Switch directly, as these controllers are powered by the Switch. Nintendo is sticking to its decision on the price of the new Switch 2, even after being asked if it’s too pricey for younger gamers. In response, Nintendo president Shuntaro Furukawa explained that while the Switch 2 is more expensive than older consoles, it offers better features and a more exciting gaming experience. Nintendo is making strategic moves to ensure the successful domestic launch of its highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2. The original Nintendo Switch enjoyed remarkable popularity in Japan, and it’s clear that Nintendo wants to replicate—and even surpass—that success with its successor.
