#new games to play Xbox Series X

Electronic Arts recently announced to bring some of their video games on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Series S. With backward compatibility on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S, gamers can play several EA games such as Star Wars: Squadrons, EA SPORTS UFC 4, NHL 21, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, Apex Legends, and The Sims 4. For the Star Wars: Squadrons, it will be playable up to 1440p at 60 FPS on the Xbox Series S and up to 2160p at 60 FPS on the Xbox Series X. It will also support cross-play capabilities across PC via Origin and Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. High on Life 2 is upping the craziness of its comedy shooter world, not just with new weapons and characters, but also by sneaking in fully playable retro games. Both devices run Windows 11 with the new Xbox Full Screen Experience, which streamlines game discovery, cloud streaming, and remote play from your home console. After a year-long wait, Xbox Series X|S players will finally get their hands on the critically acclaimed action RPG Black Myth: Wukong on August 20, 2025.
