Steam Link app will let users play their PC games on iOS and Android

Valve has announced that in the coming weeks, they will be launching not one, but two new Steam mobile apps.

The first of which, mentioned in the title, is Steam Link. It allows gamers to play their entire Steam library on their Android or iOS-based devices, provided they are connected to a host PC via 5GHz network or wired ethernet connection. It is confirmed to support the Steam Controller, MFI controllers, and others. It is set to launch on the week of May 21st.

The other app is Steam Video, which is essentially just a video streaming app for the content currently available on Steam. Users will be able to stream video via Wi-Fi or mobile network, but there will be an offline option. It is set to launch later this summer.
