Fans of the legendary Ragnarok Online are in for a treat as Gravity Interactive has announced the worldwide launch of Ragnarok M: Classic Global on September 3 for Android, iOS, and PC.
The game, which already had a closed beta test earlier this year in Southeast Asia, is now preparing for another round of CBT this month focused on mobile players. After that, the much-awaited global release will finally let fans from all over the world experience the classic adventure.
Unlike many modern MMORPGs that rely heavily on in-game shops, Ragnarok M: Classic Global promises fair gameplay by keeping Zeny as the only currency. That means every item can be earned by simply playing the game. Players can also enjoy free perks like a lifetime Monthly Pass, safe equipment upgrades up to +15, and even an Offline Battle Mode that lets your character keep progressing even while you’re away.
At launch, the game will feature six original jobs, each with unique skills, and the ability to switch roles in real-time depending on the challenge. Players can team up to defeat tough bosses, join epic instances, or form guilds and build strong communities. With features like card crafting, boosted drop rates, and community-driven gameplay, the game aims to bring back the nostalgic feeling of the early days of Ragnarok, but with fresh twists for today’s gamers.
