Intel is set to unveil significant updates for its Arc GPU lineup during a live-streamed event on December 3, 2024. Intel hinted at the upcoming announcement in a post on X (formerly Twitter), stating, “We’ve got some big graphics news,” and adding a follow-up hint: “Going from A to B.” According to reports from VideoCardz, Intel is preparing to launch two new GPUs under its Battlemage series: the Arc B580 and Arc B570. These GPUs are rumored to introduce upgrades that aim to position Intel as a stronger competitor in the mid-range GPU market, dominated by NVIDIA and AMD. While these specs are still unconfirmed, they suggest that Intel is targeting a balance of performance and affordability for gamers and creators. Intel’s December 3 event will begin at 9 AM ET (6 AM PT) and will be streamed live on YouTube. This event could mark an important step for Intel as it continues to develop its presence in the GPU market.
