The main merch store consistently drew the longest lines, as fans clamored for limited-edition loot. The presence of Artist Alley was more than just commercial; it was symbolic. Game developer miHoYo (HoYoverse) clearly recognized this, upgrading the venue to SMX Convention Center’s expansive halls and investing in a more robust program.
