The Ryzen 9 9950X3D, AMD’s new flagship gaming processor, boasts 16 cores, 32 threads, a 4.3 GHz base clock (boosting up to 5.7 GHz), 144MB of cache, and a 170W TDP, making it a powerhouse for both gaming and professional workloads. Priced at $699, AMD claims it will be "the world’s best" processor for gaming and workstation-level systems, putting it in direct competition with Intel’s Core Ultra 9 285K. The more affordable Ryzen 9 9900X3D, priced at $599, aims to provide a strong alternative to Intel’s $589 offering, bringing 3D V-Cache advantages to gamers and power users at a competitive price.
