NetEase Games, in collaboration with Joker Studio, has announced Sea of Remnants, a free-to-play oceanic adventure RPG set to release in 2026 for PlayStation 5, PC via Steam, iOS, and Android. The creators behind Pokémon are venturing into new territory with the global release of Pandoland, a vibrant and accessible mobile RPG developed by Game Freak in partnership with Japanese mobile studio WonderPlanet. Described as a “casual adventure RPG,” Pandoland combines exploration with social features that encourage players to invite friends and family to join their journey. While the game is free-to-play, it includes optional in-app purchases, including memberships and special items. With playful art, easy-to-pick-up mechanics, and a collection-focused structure, Pandoland is positioned to attract both casual players and fans of collectible RPGs. Players can trade information about discovered treasures and co-navigate rare quests together—highlighting a collaborative spirit often lacking in solo mobile RPG experiences. A fresh spin on the MOBA formula has arrived on Steam with Sirocco, a free-to-play early access title that turns every player into the captain of an auto-firing battleship. The newly launched free-to-play shooter FragPunk is making waves on Steam, racking up over 110,000 concurrent players just days after its official release.
