Activision Blizzard is being sued by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) for their Overwatch and Call of Duty leagues. A degree was proposed by the DOJ that says that Activision Blizzard is not permitted to engage in related anti-competitive conducts going forward. Microsoft has officially completed its colossal $68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, a deal that brings iconic franchises like Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, and Diablo under the Xbox umbrella.
