A new RPG game from Bethesda Game Studios called Starfield has just been unveiled at the Xbox Games Showcase 2023.
The unveiling included a longer trailer and gameplay showcase, as well as a presentation from Game Director Todd Howard.
The game will center around the year 2330, where our protagonist will join Constellation “the last group of space explorers seeking rare artifacts throughout the galaxy.” The game is set in a world where humans have lived in space and settled on other planets aside from Earth.

Highlighted during the presentation is Starfield’s expansive customization system in creating one’s own character.

Starfield is slated to be launched on September 6, 2023, and will be available on Xbox Series X|S as console exclusives, Windows PCs, day one on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
