Google is offering Stadia Pro subscriptions for free

To help people stay indoors, Google is offering free Stadia Pro subscriptions for free.

Priced at USD 9.99/month, gamers from 14 countries (see list below) will be getting two months of Stadia Pro subscription for free. Users that sign up will get nine games, including GRID, Destiny 2, and Thumper, for free, with more games available on the store. Paid Stadia subscribers won’t be charged for the next two months as well. Gamers may also opt-out of their subscription once the free period is over.

To start playing,

• Sign up on Stadia’s official site
• Download the Stadia app on Android or iOS
• Play on your Windows or Chrome OS tablet with HID compatible keyboards, mice and compatible controllers
• Play on Pixel, and supported Android phones

Additionally, Google has reduced bandwidth use by changing the default resolution to 1080p. However, users may still opt to play in 4K by choosing their data usage options in the Stadia app.
