Apple has announced its first game subscription service for mobile, desktop, and the living room — the Apple Arcade.
Apple Arcade will feature over 100 new and exclusive games developed by Acclaimed Indie Developers, Major Studios, Hironobu Sakaguchi, Ken Wong, and Will Wright. Users can try any games that are “all-you-can-play” without encountering any ads, ad tracking, or additional purchases. Other games from Annapurna Interactive, Bossa Studios, Cartoon Network, Finji, Giant Squid, Klei Entertainment, Konami, LEGO, Mistwalker Corporation, SEGA, Snowman, ustwo games, to name a few, will also be included in the service.

The Apple Arcade service works like the video streaming platform, Netflix. It’s a subscription-based service where users only need to pay for the subscription fee and will have full access to the games included here. The games can also be played in offline mode and will have support for game controllers. Here are the Apple devices that are eligible for the service:
