Riot’s upcoming mobile MOBA game based League of Legends Wild Rift will be opening its alpha test in the Philippines next week. Starting from June 6 to June 26, Android users may download the game from Google Play!
If you’ve pre-registered on Google Play, you may be chosen to download the game and play between 6 PM and 10 PM to test the game’s stability. Invites will be sent earlier on June 6. More players will be invited as the test goes on, so don’t worry if you’re not part of the initial list of players.
If you’re wondering if your device can handle the game, here are Riot’s listed minimum and recommended specs:
Alpha minimum specs (Android):
- CPU – 1.5GHz octa-core, 64bit processors only
- RAM – 3GB
- Display – HD+ (1280 x 720)
Launch minimum specs (Android):
- CPU – 1.5GHz quad-core, 32bit or 64bit processors
- RAM – 1.5GB
- Display – HD+ (1280 x 720)
iOS phones:
- iPhone 6 and above
In true Riot fashion, they are allowing players to stream the game. They’ve also confirmed that no progress will be carried over to the full launch. If you encounter any bugs during the Alpha test, you may report them here. Riot is reminding people that the game is still a work-in-progress, and they will need to collect feedback.
