ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled their latest gaming keyboard, the Falchion Ace HFX, a 65% wired analog keyboard. With a compact layout, the Falchion Ace HFX offers essential features like ROG HFX Magnetic Switches, Rapid Trigger technology, and an 8000Hz polling rate, designed to deliver an elevated gaming experience.
The keyboard integrates arrow and navigation keys into a 65% design, keeping the size small while maximizing functionality. Measuring just 315mm in length, it provides the convenience of a full keyboard while saving desk space, making it ideal for gamers.
ROG HFX Magnetic Switches add another layer of customization, allowing gamers to set actuation points between 0.1mm and 4.0mm for tailored control, depending on their gaming or typing needs. The switches are pre-lubed, ultra-durable, and are built to last through 100 million keypresses.
One standout feature is the Rapid Trigger technology, allowing for instant resets on upward key movements, perfect for high-speed strafing in competitive games. The Speed Tap mode enhances this with immediate directional changes for precise FPS gameplay.
The 8000Hz polling rate means inputs are refreshed 8X faster than most standard keyboards, cutting input lag down to just 0.125ms, significantly improving response times during intense gaming sessions.
The Falchion Ace HFX also comes with a flexible, noise-dampening build for a cushioned typing experience. With multiple layers of dampening materials, and dual-port USB-C connectivity, gamers can easily switch between two PCs without hassle.
The ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX will be available in the Philippines by October 2024, with pricing to be announced.
