New Elder Scrolls Online chapter NOW AVAILABLE for PC and MAC

ZeniMax Online Studios and Bethesda Softworks have recently unveiled the latest Chapter for The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), Gold Road, now available on PC and Mac.

This exciting new addition to the beloved MMORPG promises a wealth of content and features for players to explore.

The Gold Road Chapter offers 30 hours of main quest content set in the previously unseen zone of West Weald.

Players will journey through the wealthy Imperial province, including the city of Skingrad and the emergent Dawnwood. The zone is packed with new side quests, world bosses, delves, public dungeons, and more.

Introducing a powerful new Scribing system, players can craft and customize their abilities using unique scripts to fit their playstyle and build. Whether seeking greater power, versatility, or roleplay opportunities, Scribing offers a new way to tailor the ESO experience.

Additionally, Gold Road features an unforgettable story, introducing a new Daedric Prince and an array of new narrative content for players to immerse themselves in.

Update 42: Free for All Players

Alongside the Gold Road Chapter, Update 42 is now available as a free update for all ESO players. This update brings numerous improvements and additions, including:

• In-Game Mail Overhaul: Enhanced interface and notifications, new categories (player mail, system mail, and system alerts), improved sorting, attachment preview, and inventory space display.
• 10-Year Anniversary Achievement: The “Adventure Across a Decade” Achievement celebrates ESO’s 10th anniversary, granting the “Fractured Glory” skin for completing questlines from some of ESO’s most memorable adventures, including Gold Road.

New Rewards and Features in Gold Road:

• 10 Powerful Item Sets: Enhance your character’s abilities with new gear.
• Three Unique Mythic Items: Rare and powerful items for dedicated adventurers.
• New Tales of Tribute Patron Deck Fragments: Expand your Tales of Tribute gameplay.
• Skill Styles: A new type of collectible for further customization.
• Lucent Citadel 12-Player Group Trial: Venture into a Daedric vault within Fargrave and tackle unique boss encounters in search of the Arcane Knot.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road is available in four unique editions:

• The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Collection: Gold Road
• The Elder Scrolls Online Collection: Gold Road
• The Elder Scrolls Online Deluxe Upgrade: Gold Road
• The Elder Scrolls Online Upgrade: Gold Road

Both Collection editions include the base game, the Gold Road Chapter, and all previous Chapters. The Upgrade editions are for players who already own ESO and its previous Chapters, granting access to the Gold Road Chapter.

Console Release:

Gold Road will be available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 on June 18.
Players can purchase the new Chapter through the ESO Store, retailers, or platform stores.
