The famous game franchise, Resident Evil, that popularized the Survival Horror genre can now be played on the Nintendo Switch platform. Three of the classic Resident Evil games, 0,1, and 4 are all available for purchase.
Resident Evil 0 (Zero) revolves around the story of Rebecca Chambers and Billy Coen. It introduces the partner zapping system which allows players to switch between the characters in real time. Resident Evil 1 is the very first RE game that Capcom released which makes it the parent of all the games in the franchise. Players will choose between Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield to play throughout the game that takes place in a mansion. Resident Evil 4, on the other hand, happens a few years after Leon S. Kennedy’s escape from Raccoon City in Resident Evil 2.
Resident Evil 4 game’s development stages led to producing games like Devil May Cry and Haunting grounds. It is also one of the pioneers of Quick-Time Event mechanics.
