This week, Epic Games Store offers Railway Empire and Where the Water Tastes Like Wine free for a limited time.
Developed by Gaming Minds Studios, the Railway Empire is a strategy game where players get to establish a railway network and optimize the transport of people and goods. Players may unlock 40 locomotives and more than 30 different wagons. They may compete with up to three rival companies, sabotage their operations, overcome challenges, and complete objectives throughout the game. It also has a Ride Along feature which allows players to navigate their own rail network and see it from a first person’s perspective.
Meanwhile, Dim Bulb Games and Serenity Forge bring a single-player, narrative game set in the United States during the Great Depression. Players meet strangers, interact with them, and collect unique stories that can then be re-told to unlock new interactions. It features fully-voiced characters, a visually appealing world, and an original soundtrack arranged by celebrated composer Ryan Ike.
Railway Empire and Where the Water Tastes Like Wine are available until September 14, 2020, at 11 PM on the Epic Games Store. To claim and download the game, simply log on to your account and click on the ‘Get’ button.
