iOS and Android users can now play Fortnite through GeForce NOW

Fortnite is now available to stream using NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW cloud gaming service on both iOS and Android devices.

It was not too long ago that Fortnite, the ever-popular battle royale game was removed from Apple’s App Store and Google’s Play Store for bypassing their in-app purchase policies. But now the game is looking to come back through a different approach with NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW.

The game was in development with the closed beta announced back in January 2022. But after months of testing and learning, the GeForce NOW team is ready to give a touch experience for gamers to enjoy Fortnite on their mobile devices. The team stated that this has resulted in optimized on-screen touch controls and game menus, with gameplay feeling intuitive.

To get started, you can visit the GeForce NOW membership page and choose your preferred level of performance.  With RTX 3080 and Priority members getting an upgraded experience with higher-quality graphics, faster access to servers, and faster frame rates of up to 120 FPS on select 120 Hz Android Devices.

For Android users, they can enjoy playing Fortnite through the GeForce NOW app on Google’s Play Store. However, iOS users will be only able to enjoy the game through their browser such as Safari by visiting play.geforce.now. 40
