Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is receiving another expansion in the form of Torna ~ The Golden Country. The expansion is set 500 years before the events of the main storyline.
The expansion’s story focuses on the main game’s antagonist, Jin, as he battles to save his homeland from Malos, yet another main game antagonist. So looks like this time around, players will be able to look back into Jin and Malos’ past.
Torna ~ The Golden Country is the last listed expansion to Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s expansion pass, though that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the last. The expansion will be available on September 14 for those with a season pass. On the other hand, players interested in getting the standalone retail will have to wait until September 21.
