In hopes to bring PlayStation gaming experience for everyone, Sony developed the ‘Project Leonardo’. It is an accessibility controller for the PlayStation 5 which debuted at the recent CES 2023. Now, DataBlitz has announced that they’re now accepting pre-orders for that product, officially known as the PS5 Access Controller.
This versatile controller kit can be customized to meet players’ diverse needs, catering specifically to those with disabilities. The controller’s button layout can be configured to suit one’s range of mobility, and players can switch between included stick caps to find the shape and texture that works best for them.
The PS5 Access Controller features swappable button and stick caps, adjustable stick length settings, built-in easy access, expandable inputs, configurable buttons, and the ability to join forces with other controllers and add extra control devices.
The pre-order downpayment is PHP 1,000, and its estimated SRP is ₱5,090.00. Its tentative release date is on December 6, 2023. The store notes that prices listed are only estimates and are subject to change.
