“Dual Destiny” will follow the current “Max Out” season, which wraps up on December 3. Throughout this season, players enjoyed the debut of Galarian Pokémon and the exciting addition of Dynamax forms—two fan-favorite features that added fresh content and new challenges. As Pokémon GO closes out this season, attention is already shifting to what’s next, and it seems like Hoopa might take center stage.
Hoopa, a Mythical Pokémon from Gen 6, isn’t new to Pokémon GO. In 2021, players first encountered Hoopa Confined through the Misunderstood Mischief Special Research event, with the option to unlock its Unbound form during the Mischief Unbound event later that year.
