The AR mobile game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will finally be launching on June 21. The game was first announced in 2017.
Developed by Portkey Games, Warner Brothers, and Niantic, Wizards Unite will have users roaming around their neighborhood to play the game, similar to Pokemon Go, another title developed by Niantic. Its difference, however, seemingly lies in the gameplay. The trailer shows individuals fighting Death Eaters and Dementors using spells, using portkeys, developing wizarding skills, and searching for magic-related items.
Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is set to roll out first in the US and UK on June 21. The game will also be released worldwide, however, no specific date was stated. It will be available on iOS, Android, and the Samsung Galaxy Store.
