HoYoverse has acknowledged this issue, leaving players with a muted experience, particularly in important story moments involving characters like Kachina, Kinich, and Ajaw. The SAG-AFTRA strike has brought attention to how voice actors are protesting the use of AI in video games, calling for better working conditions.
